I'm not aware of this...

I'm not exactly sure what I'm plugging in. I didn't do the install myself. If this is something I can check under the car myself, I can check, but I'm not sure what I'm looking for.
Right under the S shaped induction hose there are two plugs. Blue and black. They’re the o2 sensors. Make sure both plugged in first. Then try the defouler if they are, or ask your tuner to disable if your state doesn’t do inspections.

I double checked the plugs and the downpipe. Everything is connected. My tuner said it doesn't have anything to do with the tune, as it's a circuit code. The harness could be damaged or needs to be replaced.

My mechanic will take another look tomorrow.

Anyone using vdyno ver 1.8.3
My AFR/Boost graph below is just blank when I load in datalogs. Even when I open the app, it's just a blank box with no graph. Is this a bug or something to do with a setting?

Assuming you have the Fiesta ST profile picked and the drop down on what gear. Did you go into the parameters and make sure the column names are input exactly as they show in the spreadsheet?

as promised, failure #2. This one isn't as bad as the one from our race car, but I feel under the right conditions it could have been. Major shaft play and the turbine wheels on both sides are damaged. The housings on both sides are also damaged. We are most likely going to send this one back to TT as well, but I don't think the owner wants to rebuild it or do anything with it at all. Also this unit retained the stock WGA, I thought he had put a Turbosmart on but I was incorrect.

I wasn't even near the car this time! Lol. No this belongs to a friend of mine, we haven't received the replacement turbo yet. We had originally planned on buying this one as well but then it let go.

Yes, profile has been selected. Isn't the column names and spreadsheet the same by default? I'm not really sure what you mean.
In the past, I would just load in the spreadsheet and everything shows up automatically. Only the hp and tq graph at the top is showing. AFR and Boost graph has nothing displayed.

If I remember correctly you have to input somewhere in VDyno what the columns are called in the AP data log but I could be mistaken. Been a while since I set it up

What kind of boost were these turbos pushing? Any idea what actually caused either failure? Was it just the turbo giving up?
26~28psi ish I believe. No idea what caused either yet. Waiting to send them back and get solid info. The first one should be headed back soon, the second one I am not sure if it will ever go back.

I've had my S280 in for about a month now, still on base tune. My tuner is seeing what he calls inconsistant boost numbers, so doesn't want to move forward yet. I've had the turbo out and all hoses double and triple checked for leaks. The only thing left is the new turbo and the TS 14psi wastegate. right around 3100-3500 rpms, the boost drops about 1 psi, for about 300-400 rpms, then goes smoothly up to about 20psi. I'm at a loss to what to look for. Could the preload being set wrong cause this? I'm at 3 turns or 3mm. I'm thinking of using the wastegate that came with the S280 to see if its a Turbosmart problem. I'm out of ideas. Anyone have issues like this before. Ran great on the stock turbo with e30 tune, same tuner. Only things different is the turbo and wastegate. I'm stumped.

you can see in your wastegate preload in your datalogs it should start at 14lbs plus you can monitor it on your AP your tuners base tune should have been setup for 14lbs minimum if you are running the TS . Thats the way it was with mine Adam dropped the base tune on me and said make sure your seeing at least 14psi. The first tuner I went to before who also did the install did not set my wastegate preload . I had to do it on the car. The TS wastegate works great a lot of people run it not just on our Turbo’s.

I have to adjust the preload on my wga, best to do it from about or below?
