Here is my guess all but the CAI but again it is just a guess I just want the tunes to play with personally
Do you mean CBE?

The CAI is part of Stage II which they committed to releasing.

they also need to make sure the parts will work with some hard miles, as well as perform normally in easy driving. COBB doesn't want to throw new parts out that blow up in a week or don't work in traffic. it's better for us that they take their time. unlike some of the other no name companies that magically have "huge" gains with no testing.
No name companies like who.?

magnaflow
borla
injen
mountune
cp-e
atpturbo
2jr ?

the list goes on of name brand companies. What no name companies are you talking about?
i must not of heard of them.[gunfire]

that's pretty sweet. i've seen cobbs dyno database with all the numbers for the "prototype" stage II and III and it all looks promising.

So all but fmic. So no cobb stage 2 package until both parts (CAI+fmic) are out? At least there will be maps

I might wait. I bought the stage 1 when it came out and now it has the rmm along with it. Stage 1 v2 if you will.

Listened to the smoking tire podcast, they said stage 3 would include a rmm too, so it looks like whatever stage upgrade you get a rmm is gonna be included.

Does anyone know if cobb is going to have a down pipe as well?
Or we just get their intake and exhaust then buy the dp from someone else.?

The screenshot I posted on page 3 of Ian@COBB's Instagram has him mention that downpipes are gonna be released this month for the FiST, if they're like the FoST's they'll be pretty expensive though and only come catted.

FMIC is not worth it on stock turbo, unless you going to track the car.
Not true. Yes, the inter cooler may benefit more in track conditions, but a good inter cooler would also help out in street driving conditions as well. The whole point of an inter cooler is to increase efficiency and power by cooling the intake air temps, so an IC upgrade not only would increase flow but provide a much cooler/more dense volume of air regardless of whether it's on the street or track. I've been monitoring intake air vs charge air temps for a few weeks now and have noticed that the stock intercooler gets heat soaked pretty quickly on the street and ends up providing charge air temps higher than the intake air temps unless you get moving at speed for a good amount of time to cool it off.

I agree with this 100%. I've been keeping an eye on my temps and the new intercooler is making a huge difference. Here's a pic after some city driving then sitting in a busy drive thru for a while. This is on a fairly hot day as well.

Wow! That's quite a difference. I'm debating in which IC to go with as the next mod. Which are you using?

I'm running a GodSpeed intercooler modified to fit the car. It is huge compared to the stock intercooler and took some trimming to fit, but it's totally worth it. No noticeable pressure drop either.

Ok good to know. I was looking to go with a direct swap IC like the mountune, Rspeed or levels so I don't have to trim the stock ducting plastic. Also didn't want to go too big and cover the radiator anymore after hearing the larger IC's can effect coolant temps.
