If a tune isn't enough for you, look for the biggest, best intercooler you can find. The stock turbo has a tiny compressor that spins incredibly fast. It is not efficient which heats the intake charge so bigger is better for the intercooler.

THEN 2J racing intake if you can handle the jet sound, if not skip the intake and get a catless DP, then an intake or catback.
