Walking a stock fiesta with a stage 2 tune and supporting mods...would you say it was worth it? Did you notice much of a difference. I'm debating buying the Cobb FMIC and upping to a stage 2 tune soon
I was able to get the intercooler for 450, and the AP for 400, and the drop in filter for 45. So I would say for me that was definitely worth it, the power increase is noticeable from stock and I'm very happy with the results. At new prices, I would have to think about it a bit more.

For me at least, I think this is where I'm going to stop power wise and tune wise, don't think I'll get a full intake, chargepipes or downpipe anytime soon, if at all.

A brake job and oil changed turned into a lot more today. Refreshed the front Wilwood BBK and installed the rear BBK from Sico Developments that's been hanging around for a while. I've also had the mountune front splitter hanging around waiting for the day I installed the mishimoto oil cooler and radiator. Well I wanted to put the splitter on before the last trackday of the season this Friday, so I figured I'd do the oil cooler while I have the bumper off. Wasn't ready to go so far as to do the radiator today... I think it'll be good to see how the oil cooler helps with overheating at the track by itself as well. That's my excuse anyway! Last thing I did was put on the maxton designs rear duck tail style spoiler! It was a busy day but I got a lot of things done that I've been putting off for too long. I'll put up some pics tomorrow when I get it off the stands and out of the garage.

Where are your track days, NHIS, Lime Rock, Palmer, somewhere else?

Put the hipass filters on the full range speakers. Love it. Who would have thought that such a small change would make such a difference now that the sub is already in.

I did the $3 sound symposer delete.

What's more is we filmed it for my buddy's youtube channel Garage Topics, so there will be a video on it as a how to once he's done editing it. I'll post it when it's done.

I finally got a chance to take my car in to get tinted. I ended up going with 35% all around. In my other car I had 25% in the front and 15% in the back. It was hard sometimes to see clearly at night, especially when backing up. My installer had 50, 35, 18, or 5% for the tint I wanted, so I went with 35 since I didn't want to make the same mistake this time around.

What type of film did you get done? I got mine done last week. Man does it make a huge difference with night time light glare....heat in the daytime and cut down on sun glare also. I also got my windshield banner done....best thing ever. I also have a prescription for tint to be darker. My optometrist asked me when i got new glasses. I was like really....she said I can help you with that if it will help your eye strain.[clap]

I've only had my car a week, but have already noticed that glare seems worse than in my previous vehicles -- especially when driving into the sun
TyphoonFiST, by "banner", do you just mean a tinted strip across the upper few inches of the windshield? I suspect that would make a world of difference.

My installer had Suntek Carbon and Suntek CXP available. I went with the CXP for the added heat reduction. I live in a desert climate, so I figured I should spring a bit extra for that. My 2016 already has the added CarLite film on all the windows to reduce heat (from the factory), but another layer wouldn't hurt [dunno]

I didn't think about doing a banner for the windshield... I might look into that.

There might be local, and/or state regs concerning those 'bolder tint' type strips (they might just be for SOLID, or printed ones though), just like there are for degree of tint on all of the other glass, but in any case, maybe you could get a script from an optometrist, like Typhoon above did, to circumvent any local/state laws or regs about these.

Well, I didn't actually do anything to the car today, but I bought so many parts for it from so many different vendors that the bank freaked out and shut my debit card down. Mildly annoyed, but kind of proud!

I've wanted to get some bumper plugs for a while, but at 28 bucks for 2 it was too much, and the Magnetic color wasn't available.

So I bought these from amazon. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0017UBHQS/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

5 bucks for 100. I had some touch up paint for my car, so I painted them. No more holes!

Also installed my CFM symposer delete. The symposer was a bitch to take out, the clamp was loose but the actual symposer wouldn't budge. Took some muscle and some swearing.

Also, soon........

^^^Are there any pics of your car with the 17x8 1.2s on it??

I am trying to decide between those and the 16x7 1.2s with 215/45-16s on them.
