Sumitimo HTR Z II...Anyone?

I had Sumitomos long time ago in my integra. I hit the brakes hard going 70 on the freeway once, locked up the tires, came to a stop just fine. When I got home I noticed that I had two almost very bald spots on my newish Sumitomos. Never bought another set since. I have always got the Geforce Comp 2's as a budget performance tire. Had them on my integra, TL-S, S2000 and they performed great.

Are we to assume that the tires flat-spotted because they were Sumitomos? Hmmm...

Had them and I can say that they are fine but not state of the art. Dry grip is superb and traction in the wet is reliable enough.
