Most rules, yes, MUCH MORE so for SCCA's less than prepared class autocross than ANY open track run group/org, do not allow for any UNDER 200 labeled (let alone any even 100) tread wear stickies, which the Hoosiers plainly are.
Ironically, the SCCA used to allow them (the A6/R6) for even STOCK class autocross competition way back when, but their cost kept so many from being competitive, so hence, the '200' tread wear (albeit yes, somewhat 'fake', and opening the door for the manufacturers to develop bragging rights, 'cheater' 80 tread wear comparable tires to pose as 200 tread wears) requirements.
