I installed it, removed it, then installed the gfb unit with never removing the wheel lol. You jack the car up high enough to lsy underneath and able to move yor arms above you. I am 6' 245 lbs so I need a lil more room than most. Its all about feel really. If you have a 1/4 ratchet 2" to 3" extension and a 5mm allen bit. Unplug the 2 wire connector to the dirverter remove 3 sllen head screws then insert the new piece in between the diverter and the turbo. The hiles are slightly offset so it only fits 1 way. Rubber rings of the spacer face the turbo. The hardest part is holding the dirverter with the spacer together with the new longer screws through the dirverter and spacer. Screws want to fall on you. Once one slides in the turbo a lil you rotate the whole thing a lil bit and push the other 2 in. Then finger tighten 1 at a time till its speady up there. Then tighten wuth ratchet. Reinsert the 2 wire connector. Then enjoy every car guy whip his head looking for where the sound came from. I did lol.
