I got word back.

$1200 per set of wheels. Need 20 people for the GB. These will be custom drilled in a 4x108 pattern.
17?8.5 offsets from +6 to +50
17?9.0 offsets from +12 to +58
17?9.5 offsets from +19 to +65
17?10 offsets from +25 to +72

I don't think a concave wheel like that works on a our car, which has a large offset and fits a 7" width, maybe 7.5". BMW, VW, and Audi that often use these kinds of wheel have at least 8.5" wide wheels.

EDIT: sorry, didn't see rooSTer's post. I would think you would need to build fender flares.

17?8.5 is doable on the Fiesta with the stock suspension. If you decide to go with coilovers you'll probaby have to do the lame stretch and poke routine.

So, what is the widest tire our cars can accomodate without fender rolling?

Can I get a list of known good offsets for Fiesta?

I have 17x8 in front and 17x9 in the rear at 35mm offset. If you don't want the staggered look, go 17x8 all around. Just for kicks I mounted the 17x9 in front for testing purposes and there were no rubbing issues and the spring doesn't compress enough to cause any rubbing over bumps and dips on the road. That said it does stick out a bit so I wouldn't recommend anything wider than 17x8 all around.

I think their goal of 20 sets is too far of a stretch. I would have tried harder to push this if the goal was 5 sets.

Am I correct in understanding you guys would LIKE 15" and 16" wheel options as well as 17" 18"?

let me know, as I got pricing back from ESM on all their wheels drilled in 4x108 - but some are 15" and 16" only. Once I've got an answer I'll have like 5 styles listed instead of just one.

Cheers,
Nick

Quality vs Quantity my man, if you want to support local manufactures you gotta pay more. I'm just trying to find wheel options for everyone, I don't profit from this.
