A turbo timer functionality with the accessport. Exemple it's possible to configure the time with the accessport and when you push the stop/start Button the car shutdown after the turbo timer time.

With the map switching on the fly, it would be nice to be able to select thru a saved number of gauge configurations. Much like a "favorite" or preset, you could save the gauge configuration and flip thru the preset gauges. Having at least 3 presets to flip through showing different saved gauges on the AccessPort would be really great for monitoring.

I would love....
Preset sets of datalog parameters. Like... Log1 for fuel things. Log 2 for timing things. Log 3 for all things wastegate. Log 4 for for all things.... Else. And log 5 for a mix of things.

I understand the access port can not log all 4 cylinders on timing, and all 17 things for wastegate controls, and afr, and rpms, and charge temps , and boost pressure, and requested throttle, and actual throttle... I understand that; its an incredible amount of things log so quickly. But its also a real bear to sit there and change from wastegate tuning to timing tuning to fuel tuning back to wastegate tuning.

The next thing on my list is likely not possible...

I LOVE the way the new map switching functions in the car. Amazing. The issue I dislike is... The map switching is contained to those controls you've set in the "map switching" section. Another words... Say ( hypothetically ), I had a map. I liked it but I wanted to change.... Say..... The "pressure ratio" the car exits "spool mode" at. I think its normally "1.5". Now... Say I want to try it at "2.0", and then "2.5". I can't put those options into the map switching settings, so my only option is to flas the 2.0, then reflash the 2.5 setting, and if I don't like it, I have to reflash again back to 1.5.

So it would be nice if we could skip entire tunes, not just the things that are in the "map switching" section.

I realize that's a huge data switch and prob not possible. ( I also reallize the PR settings would prob never goto 2.5 ).

Besides that.... Holy cow. What an amazing software set. Long have I wanted an engine control system that was more advanced than I am and has more power than I'll likely ever be able to wield perfectly. What its given me is a chance to learn an incredible amount of tuning knowledge while having guys that are beyond me, sort of hold my hand.

Ironically, I remember a time when I challenged Cobb's ability to raise boost ( because stage one didn't ). And they pretty much let me run my mouth, while i was not realizing how stupid I sounded to the few that already knew the access port software. Boy... I feel dumb. Lol. Great product guys.

A custom fit catch can would be awesome! Or some other method to help keep the intake tract clean of carbon deposits. Also, some unique shifter upgrades at a price point lower then the mountune setup would be great.

Features:
1. On the AP: adjustable speed/time settings like 0-60 and 1/4 mile. So you can do like a 50-80mph run and get the time. Makes it easier to compare performance upgrades without doing a perfect FWD launch every time.
2. Auto on/off on the AP
3. Map switching like the FoST has
4. Traction control and torque vectoring control/adjust
5. E85 tunes!!!!!

Ideas:
1. Free Accesstuner Race software :)

Parts:
1. Rally gear: mud flaps, skid plates, armor, rally suspension
2. Once people start breaking stuff, make an upgraded version of it. Not sure what's going to break first yet, which is impressive.
I'm definitely with him on this, please? Thank you.[lovecobb]

Bluetooth and proprietary app in the APv4. That way you can log, shoot the files over to your phone via Bluetooth app and send them to your tuner.

External input for sensors, and switch inputs for map switching, like say.... A meth system failsafe triggers, sends a - or + to the accessport and auto switches to a min boost map.

Kudos to Cobb for all the improvements you have made to accessport and tuning softwareover the past year. You do not receive enough props for things like the torque gain with V220 over 201. You did not have to do it, but you did. Thanks. I am not a brand follower, but you have earned it with me.

I would like a tutorial on how to log parameters in track time to understand when TVC is intervening. Since none of us has found a way to disable it without loosing ABS, we could at least learn to go fast in turns and minimize TVC intervention if we could record when its coming on.

The little "visor" over the MFT is a perfect place to mount two gauges; make a replacement for the visor with a multi gauge mount (one, two or three)...

Not sure if posted, really slow connection here in the RV park today, I will go back and read the the whole thread as soon as I can.

This might be difficult to do or not possible.

I would love to have real oil and water temps via physical sensors wired into whatever it would take to display it through the Accessport.

This would be a much cleaner solution than adding actual gauges.

If not possible then a short and wide digital panel that sits above the dash monitor or integrates somewhere easy enough to be seen when we are on the track.

I prefer to not have gauge pods directly in the line of site at eye level, very distracting especially at night. Nor do I want to make a vent that cannot be closed fully, less flow, etc....or blocked off entirely.

The less stuff one peering in the windows that can be seen the less temptation to break into the car.

I'm making my own with one inch gauges, the "pods" that I'm using don't sit on top of "visor", I'm doing it almost flat with bottom and molding level to dash.. using fiberglass and bondo..
