As for fitment, see what an be trimmed, adjusted, etc...you might be able to make it work out.

To get the area behind the bumper beam to be more effective make sure to seal around it so air forced there will have to go through the core.

As mentioned there should be dividers in the tank to force more air to that part of the core as well so it is more effective, it can be done after the fact, cut slots in both sides of the tank, slide a divider in place, weld it up. This is not something one should have to do, it should of had a divider to begin with.

Terribly sorry for you guys, especially after paying big bucks to get one to W Canada:(
Maybe I could "MacGyver" it, but ultimately, this was advertised as a drop-in.

Full Race FMIC for the Fiesta ST. The largest FMIC available for the ST that requires no cutting. Direct drop in with 17 rows...
The only idea I can see it working is if I cut that plastic piece that holds the IC to the car, sacrificing it's structural integrity. I didn't sign up for "irreversible mods", and seeing that the core looks like it's going to split from the end tanks, I really don't need another reason to alter my car to make it even easier for this IC to fall off my car.

I've sent Joe J2R a private message to see if he can offer some advice, but still waiting for a response from him.
My current theory is that maybe the 2015's are different than the 2014's, and for what ever reason, the IC wasn't tested properly on a 2015.... so,

If anyone with a 2015 FiST got this mounted, please chime in. Thanks.

On my 2014 it fit fine, I did remove a flimsy plastic piece. Hope it works mine is working great and doesnt look like those end tanks
When you say it fit fine, was it easy to just move it in, or did you kick it up behind the crash beam, and punch it toward the radiator to make it align up with the bolt hole?

This is the bolt hole I'm referring about:

Do you still have that flimsy plastic piece? Can you take a picture of it?
There is one plastic piece that will need to be disposed, which is the plastic panel that seals the top of the oem IC. Since this IC is much taller and goes behind the crash bar, that plastic panel will not be used anymore. (which leads to another problem, there's nothing to seal the IC area from the radiator area)

He hasn't been very active on this forum for awhile now. He pops in here and there but he is not on a lot. Call him up, they will answer

I wouldn't consider that a fair statement, seeing he has made 25 posts in 7 months, 12 of those in response to the other IC thread after shipment was made (not saying they were all productive posts, exactly).

Give their shop a call. You are probably right that this will not end satisfactorily for you, with the shipping, time, and effort involved on your end, but that is going to be your best course of dialogue, with any company/vendor, really.

I called the shop yesterday , the guy that picked up said Joe speaking. Later he spoke of Joe in a second person so to speak and kept saying 'the guys in the back' developed the IC and Joe wanted the biggest one he could fit in the car blah blah

He later went on to say he's installed half a dozen of these on 2015's, yet to have anyone chime in that's gotten it installed by them, then he said I'm off by 2mm of space from the IC fitting in and for me to remove the plastic shrouds??? Saying that should make it a nice and snug fit. Can't see how tbh, he ended the call by saying 'send us some pics' that's all I got out of Joe who then spoke of Joe in the sense he wasn't Joe anymore -.-

Seems like no one with a 2015 actually has this installed?

Maybe I'm not doing it right...? Did any of you get stuck at this part:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-eaVP4EsZRg

Unfortunately, this was around 10 pm, so I couldn't take advantage of daylight to help shoot a clearer video.

Believe me, it's being pushed up as far up as it can go, because of the plastic piece in the video restricting it from going up any more.
And it's being pushed back (toward the radiator) as much as it can go, because the backside of the crash beam is restricting it.

If kicking and whacking it in isn't enough force to get that in, I don't know how this can be considered a "drop-in" IC.
I shouldn't even need to be putting that kind of force to install it...

Have you tried to loosen the four 13mm bolts on each side of the crash beam to fit the intercooler in? Get it in there then tighten up the crash beam up.

Yes, I even tried that. It doesn't work though. I can't recall was it the radiator, or something else, attached with it. It would disassemble as one big unit, so the backside would still be blocked off anyway. So just the crash beam alone doesn't come off when you take off those four 13mm bolts.

I just did my radiator and I know what you are talking about. There are 4 8mm black bolts on the front that you need to take off (2 are behind the intercooler) and 2 more (10mm I think) and it detaches the radiator support from the crash beam.
