14 psi wastegate spring, is it safe?

Small setback with the install today, forgot to buy fresh coolant. I'm also slapping on a China radiator LMAO [emoji12].

I mean, the shift point for the stock snail is around 5,500rpms anyways, so don't get too caught up in these things if rocking the stocker
