Been following this car since its launch but my Honda Civic just wouldn't die. Finally pulled the trigger anyways. Here's a picture I took this afternoon
Been tons of fun, but the stupid California front license bracket is annoying though...
Washed, clay barred, and waxed Sunday. Paint was extremely rough. I forgot how nice and smooth the paint gets. Only 7 months since the last claybar and wax and the roof was caked in contaminants even after pressure washing it and a good hand wash. I clay barred and waxed the whole car, and then checked the smoothness of all the panels and I managed to miss the rear quarter panel clay bar job on both sides somehow. It was a very obvious difference. Few minutes with the claybar on each side and rewax and it was as smooth as the rest.
I really want a good camera that can accurately capture the true color of the orange. Even with the sun these pictures still make it look too red. A YouTuber did a review on my car the other month. He had a Sony mirrorless camera that took the best picture I've ever seen of the orange. Pretty much exactly what it looks like in real life in the sun (assuming your computer monitor or phone screen correctly produces colors). Here's the review. https://youtu.be/P3aKUnw4br8
