A hard number would be super helpful. Thanks!
Product specs other than rotor diameter are not available until released as changes may still be made.
Additionally this information would only available from Lapp Racing.

Stoptech also has 328 and 332 mm aerorotors which require 17" wheels. I run 16" for track so liked the 282 mm option, again assuming hats are available for our hubs and 25 mm width would fit within OEM Calipers. Lighter and more cooling than OEM rotors are good things. But I could not find hat specs in my search.

I have no vendor preference, just want to raise ideas and see what options other folks think of. Maybe another vendor will pick up the idea and run with it.

The larger 332 mm rotors do not fit with the factory wheels, only the 328s. I hope he comes out with this soon, need better brakes for sure. For the rear look up the rear brakes for the Focus SVT; just need the bracket and rotors (make sure they are the 280 mm ones). I paid $50 for a complete set from a junkyard (resurfaced, still within specs). Used my factory calipers, used the SVT rotors and caliper bracket, bolted up with no issues... rotors look all the same size now...

Now that is way cool.

So Ford already makes a bracket that spaces rear calipers out to fit 280 mm rear rotors, adding "leverage" to rear brakes. Alternative to junkyard, order the brackets new, and when its time to replace rear rotors, put the larger ones on?

How do you learn things like this? I never would have thought of it.

Now I have to wonder what I do not know about front hubs and what Ford already makes that might be applicable. Great find!

The problem is that you can't get those brackets new without buying new calipers with it ($140)...

It is too bad that Mark has not been able to keep up on these sets but he has been plagued by many other issues.
I just got off the phone with Mark.
He tells me that they just completed a lot of work on a new car for Sema.
He also tells me that the rear disk kit is now done.
The FiST kits are next up and he said he will call me early next week.

For the rear.
The bigger problem is that unless Ford did a turn around those SVT brackets went obsolete many years ago.
The only place you can get them is from wrecking yards and they are rare.
The good thing is that they usually never go bad so if you do find a set they should be OK
I have one new set that I bought many years ago and this is exactly what I have on my car.
I did also help Mark develop a new set of brackets to do the same thing for the FiST.

For the front.
I did all the spec work and testing for this kit.
In this case we had to build the brackets first, this allowed us to determine the minimum rotor size.
Because of the close proximity of the mounting hardware the minimum rotor size will be 324mm, smaller will just not work.
This is what I have on my car and everything works perfectly.

Soon guys. :)

So you're telling me that my spare set of SVT focus rear brakes in my garage can be put to good use...hmm.

If they are the 280mm rotors, yes. I'm working to fit the front rotors from a Taurus SHO (12.8), the police interceptors and later models are (13.8) way too big for FiST but may fit the FoST...

YES, I have that setup, 280mm rotors on my car now.
However I would not upgrade the rear until you do the front.

I currently have the 324mm rotors in front and the car works perfect.

Using the Taurus SHO rotors would be good however it would require replacing or modifying the FiST calipers.
We were trying to eliminate that step to keep the cost down and just replace the rotors.
The FiST calipers are perfectly fine for a car of this weight.

BTW, the parts are at the machine shop now.

What's the ballpark for front and rears? My rotors are just about toasted and the Stoptechs have been back ordered. Also, what happens when the time comes for new rotors? Buy them and have a shop drill them for the FiST? I guess it would hard to say if the support will be there, directly, a few years down the road.

I think what this company has done with the brackets and all that with the rotors is an excellent idea. It's hard to believe no other company has done something like this. Are there any other companies that offer a bigger rotor in case this option proves unreliable with replacements? I know I would be really bummed if I bit on this and a couple years down the line couldn't get any replacement parts.

I rarely come to the forum now, but when I do it's to check on the progress of this kit. I have been waiting for a budget friendly larger rear brake conversion as the only other one I can find is the Wilwood kit from 2JR

While perusing the Sico site (UK), I found what looks like the same concept, but Sico says the brackets they use to fit 280 mm rear discs are genuine Ford parts.

http://www.sico-developments.co.uk/collections/2013-mk7-fiesta-st

My copy/paste skill obviously sucks, it does not work.

Anyway, down at very bottom of their Fiesta parts page, looks like the right brackets to me.

Now if we could find the bracket part # and 2 piece discs with aluminum hats that fit, I would buy in a flash.

Edit: I have front brake on brain, solid rear rotors are fine.

Finally! I have already asked my local parts shop to talk to the Sico distributor in Hong Kong for this kit.

This will compliment my front brakes perfectly

Sico seems to use EBC, wonder if these are made by them. I could not find the rotors in EBC parts online.

Also could not find Ford part # for brackets. European part #'s are beyond my skill, if they are genuine Ford, must be for another application that fits Fiesta rear hub.

If someone could confirm EBC makes the rotors, at least we would have some idea that future replacement parts might be available.

Basic Kit shipped to US runs around $500. Not bad considering.

What about for the fronts for those of us that don't want to buy a wile pod or such kit? I'm just interested in some bigger rotors and better pads, lines, and fluid like the project in the beginning of the thread.

Getting somewhere thanks to Dusty. 2015 Ford Transit Connect has rear disc option, caliper bracket # 2B511 retails for $32 from Motorcraft. Matching rotor is #2C026, $53. Even has dust shields available $6. Looks like 2 different rear disc setups, BRRF 233 and BRRF 237.

Hoping this parts trail leads somewhere good...
