When did you sleeve your block?

Hey, I'm looking for anyone who has sleeved their block due to power concerns. I'm interested in when you decided to sleeve them. I know we have people running pretty high number already over the stock rating. I just ordered an engine with a forged bottom end and opted for pumaspeeds shim kit rather than the ductile iron sleeves due to cost, but it got me thinking, how much can our tiny engines stand before they crack. I just read a post on dcsports that said they got a focus sts block to take 770 hp and it finally cracked, theirs also doesn't have the coolant jacket like ours does though.

I havent seen anyone here sleeve their block. The limit of the internals seems to be around 400whp. No idea on the block / casting though.
