What to poly bush

Hey guys
Has anyone poly bushed the st
Looking to know the best ones for performance but not looking to do every bush on the vehicle so it stays fairly soft vs a full polybush

I do not believe even GOOGLE Translate can help us with your ask on this one mate.
Ya got motor mount bolsters (crap, crap) and rear anti-roll mount bushes, rear frame bushes, anti-squeak pads at the rear shox (should be fuckin 'squeak!! pad'), and last but not least - the body crimp pad for your floorjack..err lift?
Not long term solutions - you have to lube the bejesus out of them, and the motor mount have to go completely - VibraTechnics - your side of the pond.
