What next?

So it's been about a year since I got my 2016, and I just put on a Whoosh V1 IC and got a dizzy tune. For the first time since getting the car, I don't know what to do next with it. Any suggestions? I am building this car for track/autox/spirited road driving, but have a tight budget.

So far I've done: Wheels and tires, some skirts + small aero bits, Bilstein B6s, Cobb RMM, Thermal Catback, Cobb intake, AP, and the aforementioned FMIC + tune.

I've been considering a catted DP, a short shifter + knob, GFB DV+, Swift Spec-R lowering springs, camber bolts/plates for the fronts, traction bars, upgrading to a Recaro interior, and finally going upgraded turbo(would have to save for a while). Are there mods that I'm missing, or some that I should prioritize? Thanks for any input!

If I were you I would get an LSD before all else. For me, it was the mod that most transformed the car, even more so than swapping the turbo and going after power.

Recaros are very nice. HOWEVER - if you are just tracking this car, go for a driver bucket seat and call it good.

Is this a "just for fun" build? or being built to compete within a certain class at some point? If it's going to a certain class that can dictate a lot of what you can or can't do.
#1 should be removing any items you don't need. Less weight will make the car accelerate faster, brake later, handle better and use less consumables
wipers, interior, sound deadening etc. are where I would start. (bonus of being able to sell parts for some money back.
#2 should be reliability mods. Get a radiator, oil cooler if needed, and anything else your car may need done maintenance wise. Making your car faster is no fun if it isn't reliable when it matters.
#3 suspension; this depends on how crazy you want to go with the car. if you plan to do coil overs I say just save until you can buy a set, instead of getting lowering springs. if you plan to keep it on the more budget side, my swift lowering springs, eibach rear bar and camber bolts have landed me on 4 time attack podiums they are great handling for the price. The rear sway bar will make the car rotate so well under trail braking. I would not do spherical if you care about budget or comfort. you should refresh any other suspension items you have that are worn.
#4 aero; front splitter and rear wing will most likely get you the best lap time result per dollar spent.
After you've done these 4 the only place to spend more money is on more power, more tire and you'll see minimal gains at this point.
i 100% understand not wanting to go crazy into a project car. I'm holding back from dumping money in both of my cars right now to save for a house. But please DO NOT CHEAP OUT ON SAFETY. Any suspension or safety item that will keep your protected is worth spending extra on. Do not cheap out on safety.
