I saw your post about it while looking around, was shipping reasonable? The ones I see so far are either "may not ship to the US" or 100 AUD, but maybe I just need to keep looking

Nvm, I posted this and the one recommended to me under the one I was looking at was 57 USD shipped lol. Went ahead and grabbed it
Ron also sells vibrant defoulers for the downstream o2 sensor

Got my car back from the shop today. My clutch slave cylinder was failing so that was replaced along with the clutch master cylinder just to be safe. As a "while you're in there" maintenance item the cutch and flywheel were replaced as well. They shop replaced a torn axel seal too.

Most importantly though, I had them install a MFactory LSD as well and the Whoosh V1 Intercooler I had laying around.

I put 50+ miles on the car today on the way home from the shop and just driving around and holy crap the LSD makes a huge difference. The parts and labor weren't cheap but damn what an upgrade! The additional grip is very noticeable, and I love the enhanced "mechanical" feel of the car.

I can't wait to finish breaking in the new clutch so I can take her up to the N.GA mountain roads.

Next steps are to get one step colder plugs then a Dizzy tune to fully take advantage of the V1.

Well, here we go..
Clarke trans wMfactory LSD installed by Ford this week, I've had an uncomfortable pucker for the last two weeks, if ya know what I mean! Smooooth operation thank God, now it's about breaking in a new clutch on an old car (115K), careful. Core is going back next week - billable parts before deposit comes back hoping for $1700. Took the opportunity to have the exhaust replaced - woosh v1 header I've had, and a MAPerformance. Well....buyers remorse here. Heavy drone in 2nd gear, short shifting is the only solution. I popped the engine light on during the 1 and only pedal push of the day, but haven't checked it out yet, won't tell wifey. Oh, did I mention, brakes were toast at all 4 corners? Once the contact was disturbed - so f^cking noisy they wouldn't do the clutch test drive....on the plus side, my new Arthrex Reverse Total Shoulder (2 months!) is able to row through the gears!

Overdue since I did the S280 last week, but I got my NGK step colder plugs in and routed my boost tap to the Turbosmart. Also checked on my exhaust while I was under and redid the clamp from the downpipe adapter as I think I had a minor leak (And it had come loose) but readjusting and re-tightening seems to have made it sound weirdly tinny around 14-15psi of boost (Roughly 3-4k rpm, depending on gear and conditions). Didn't happen until today. Anyone experience this? I don't think it's the turbo or anything as nothing there has changed other than the BOV having a proper vacuum now. EDIT: Idk a few hours later and a good 15-20 miles and it seems to have gone away. Wonder if stuff just needed to rattle itself into a spot it liked and stop resonating weird lmao

Additionally I noticed the boost solenoid just will not stay on the turbo at all and it likes to sit against the insulation on the firewall. I don't necessarily think it's bad as it stays well out of the way of anything but I also feel like it's not supposed to be doing that lol

Transmission assploded at 57K, rebuilt by Ford warranty - not really ever the same. Fast forward 60K mile and there's not much left. Bought a Clarke, but nobody will let me bring my own parts - I'm supposed to let somebody order and mark up? Buy a $3600 OE transaxle from Ford? Fit a used one? Anyway, clutch from Woosh, new exhaust from woosh (dropping tranny and control arm - why not?). I'm at about 200 miles on a brand new clutch (1800 - 2500 rpm shift!!) which also seems to limit the nasty drone I'm getting...oh well. The worn out shoulder(s)? Life man...
Oh - the pucker? anxiety makes my belly rumble.....

Not today but over the weekend installed a Koyorad radiator, Whoosh radiator hoses, Whoosh V3 FMIC, AWR RMM, and a new belt and tensioner (getting close to 60k miles, figured I’d get it done while the coolant was drained). I have a Radium catch-can but I’m waiting till next couple days off to install it. I also uploaded the Cobb stage 2 93 tune which is sufficient. (For now).
The AWR RMM is amazing and the difference in shift feel, feedback, and firmness is night and day from stock. I live in Houston and with the Koyorad I was seeing 170-180 degrees moving, 180-190 idling with the AC on. Great product. The intercooler was great too, a tad heavier but fit just right. I probably should have installed a Mishi/Motorcraft thermostat but my friend who had a FoST expressed concerns regarding undercooling so I decided against it (for now). The only thing I regret (and would recommend) is to line up the washer marks on the crash beam when reinstalling. Mine was a tad lower and it caused very minute, almost not visible fitment changes along the bumper/fender seam.

Did you take off the front crashbar for radiator or slide it in from bottom? Curious as this may be something I do as well.

I took it off, I was doing quite a bit and the bumper was coming off for the FMIC install so it made sense. I also didn’t have a lift and limited space so it was imo the better choice. Getting hoses on and off (if you’re changing those too) isn’t hard but having that extra space made a difference.

I have a grand total of 200 miles on the following:
Woosh V1 catted downpipe mated to MAPerformance / NTK o2 sensors and new woosh hangers. I may recall a post on the overall benefit of headers in general - more noise than increase - but the oe cat was a mess. I'm popping a PO0420 - vaping cannabis, errr cat-related blahblah. I opened up a bit more today - not death by sympathetic vibration, it's not touching and hangs very nicely, but its loud.

Added a Redline goods shift boot, as the stocker was developing holes. Center arm rest with padding coming soon (I need spray adhesive):
I used Jeff's method and stuck it on and over the oem material and used duct tape to hold it (under the screw on portion). Cant see any of the tape.

Its not the gray or green plastic type duck tape rather a malleable aluminum material for doing say HVAC ducts. Anyhow super simple, tight and 100% reversible.
@akiraproject24 I took yours (and Jeff's) advice using HVAC duct tape method to install my arm rest cover. I got it finalized two weekend's ago, on my second try, so using this tape allows you to pull it apart and make adjustments. The padding slipped back and to the side on my first go, and I wasn't happy with the aesthetics. FiestaRedlineArmrest.jpg

Car took a trip to dab city. Or was that me? Wait, what?

I’m surprised the MAP exhaust drones like that at 2.5”. My Cobb had no drone at all and sounded sooo good. Still regret ditching it.

Maybe I'll grown into it like mom buying me new jeans....actually may improve my fuel mileage. ;)

Logged my pulls and sent them off so I can hopefully have a more fun car to drive again lol, but my battery seems to be finally giving up. Can always stick with a regular battery, but part of me wants to take the opportunity to shave some weight but I'm a little iffy on Li car batteries. Anyone have experience with them? Doesn't seem like there's a whole lot of options that aren't mad expensive.
