Well, here we go..
Clarke trans wMfactory LSD installed by Ford this week, I've had an uncomfortable pucker for the last two weeks, if ya know what I mean! Smooooth operation thank God, now it's about breaking in a new clutch on an old car (115K), careful. Core is going back next week - billable parts before deposit comes back hoping for $1700. Took the opportunity to have the exhaust replaced - woosh v1 header I've had, and a MAPerformance. Well....buyers remorse here. Heavy drone in 2nd gear, short shifting is the only solution. I popped the engine light on during the 1 and only pedal push of the day, but haven't checked it out yet, won't tell wifey. Oh, did I mention, brakes were toast at all 4 corners? Once the contact was disturbed - so f^cking noisy they wouldn't do the clutch test drive....on the plus side, my new Arthrex Reverse Total Shoulder (2 months!) is able to row through the gears!
