Yes, you do NOT need to remove the hubs, front or rear.
As you can see by the photo, I do have the front stone guards removed.
I am not 100% sure this is required as mine were already off but they do come off easily if needed.
The rear stone guards were not removed.Dave
How did You remove the old studs? Hammer? And for putting in the new studs, you did the impact gun technique?

I've only replaced studs on trailer hubs with a heavy hammer and a lot of elbow grease.

I did my rears on a bench press as the hubs were already off so that was easier and the preferred way.

My fronts were already back together so I used a heavy hammer, taped them out, used washers and a long threaded lug nut and impact gun to pull the new ones in.

Since my hubs were bored to 4x100, first one to do so months ago, I had to use a flap disk on an angle grinder and relieve a little bump on the knuckle, not in the least weakening it, to get clearance to get the new ones in.

I have sense pounded the crap out of them with 15x9 wheels and 225 DOT race tires, 200 or so minutes, all out, MMP and I love jumping the curbs, if a problem with the studs or hubs it would of shown under that much stress.

I used a hammer and a drift so as not to damage the old studs.
I then used an impact gun to install.

I talked to Siebon again, so close to ordering a hood but just have to wait to see pics of the ones coming out......

Spent the rest of the day organizing the garage, buying a new roll around tool cart, etc......

I found a reverse lockout for a subie that, when trimmed, should work with the "Airjor" shifter extension. I also purchased a Delrin shifter knob. Both from Torque solutions. I'm going to trim the subie lockout mount in a lathe tomorrow.

I'll take pics tomorrow.

For the guys putting new studs with the impact gun method.... you can stretch the studs this way and compromise them. The same way you can stretch studs by over torquing lug nuts.

The best way is to press them in.

Personally I would never do the impact method on a car that is going to see much lateral load. I've seen too many broken studs on track over the years, along with some nasty crashes, to even consider doing that.

Got my reply back from the dealership:

"I spoke with our field service engineer. Test drove another Fiesta ST. The clutch pedal switch has a heavier actuator which makes noise. It is a normal characteristic of the car. The other Fiesta ST did the same thing. Even the Focus St we drove also did it as well.
Nothing to be concerned about with your car."

So looks like every Fiesta, and Focus for that matter, ST makes this sound. Which I just don't believe. I'll be taking to another dealership and seeing what they say. I think this is just ridiculous. I drove a Focus ST and nothing clicked on the clutch.

lubricate the clutch pedal area with some axle or bearing grease, it will solve the clicking man..

Got the Mountune MP215 installed on my FiST. Highest PSI I've seen is 23.5. Car definitely feels peppier, it's subtle but noticeable. I definitely like it. You can tell it improves the entire powerband or at least feels as if it does. I've driven a FiST with the Cobb Stage 1 93 octane and this feels comparable, although I do miss the torque limiter being removed from 1st / 2nd gear. I'm running 93 octane which helps a bit I'd assume. Randy said that the dyno they posted for the mp215 was with 91.

Dealership gave me no issues with the install and handled the registration for me. There was a scratch on the hood of the car when I got it back but they took care of it without question - scratch was completely removed and looks like when I dropped it off. Charged me $100 for install which from what I read is pretty good considering I've seen some around $150 and as high as $250 for the full install. Also got the MP215 on Black Friday sale so all and all, I'm happy. :)
