New shoe day! :D

16x7 Sparco Assetto Gara in Matte Graphite Silver, with 205/50/16 tires. I love it.
That does look good. What tires? And do you have something in the rear? Or are you lowered? Seems like it's raking a little. Could just be the lighting or angle.

No rub!

Back:

Ride height is stock, the tire is a BFGoodrich g-Force COMP-2 A/S. I think it's slightly larger than stock but not so much you need to compensate with your speedometer drastically.

Really love how it gives it a nice rally feel with the higher profile tire and slightly smaller wheel, also did wonders for my ride quality.

That would have been the exact set up I would have went with if I wasn't going 225/45

The stock suspension has that reverse rake look on every FiST and its more apparent on smaller wheels. Heres mine on similar setup.

Yep, that's why aftermarket springs drop the front lower than the rears on these cars. What splitter is that?

Yea I've noticed it before but it just looked really "raked" this time because I was looking at it on my phone and the brightness was down. Ha. Looks more normal now that I'm on my laptop.

I just got my car like two weeks ago and was skating around slowly on the stock summer rubber while deciding what to do for tires/wheels. Decided to turn the stockers into my winter set and bought lightweight 15x7 TD Pro Race 1.2s for the summer early this afternoon. Also had my General G-Max whatchamacallits mounted up so I don't have to fear the rest of the winter (we get moderately cold and very, very little snow so full bore winters aren't really necessary). Driving home from the shop it was nice to not have as much concern for traction, but I can definitely tell they are all seasons, even if they are classified as "ultra performance" all seasons.

16x7 ET40 Maxxim Winner wheels* (16.7 lbs) with 205/45-16 BFG Sport Comp 2 (21 lbs, 42 psi front, 40 rear). Stock suspension.

Initial Review.
With less than 50 miles experience on the new set, compared to OEM 050A with 21k miles:
Comfort: ++
Noise: -
Grip: ++++
Confidence: +++
Turn-in: -
Communication at limit ++
MPG: TBD

Overall, EXTREMELY happy with my wheel and tire choice. Next favorite wheel was 2 lbs lighter but more than 2x the cost (OZ Ultraleggera). The BFG SC2 were ridiculously cheap @ $70 each.

*Credit to RAAMaudio for the suggestion

Ordered an fswerks short shift plate, LEDs to replace the dome/map light bulbs and a no-pistons dead pedal. Finally catching the mod bug with this car!
