Well I'm stuck. Can anyone give me some advice for a crank no start?

Hey everyone, I'm pretty exhausted with trying to get this car back on the road. Brief context: it's a 2015 Fiesta ST with 290k miles. I bought it cheap and had been driving it daily until the slave cylinder went out. I thought I'd swap the motor for a lower mileage donor while I had the trans out to do the slave, but after I pulled the engine/trans together, I dug into the donor and realized it was junk. Unfortunately I did that AFTER I had already pulled the high mileage motor.

Anyway I fixed the trans and put the old motor back in the car together, with some new parts like a fresh turbo/downpipe off another of my STs. Thought I was done, but I can't get the car to start. It will crank all day long but it won't fire.

Here's what I've checked so far:
  • Low pressure fuel pump is working
  • Under-hood fuses are good
  • Battery is good
  • Motor is grounded
  • All wiring harness connectors are plugged in
  • Replaced cam position sensor
  • Replaced spark plugs
  • Replaced coils
  • Finally this morning I checked the coils with a Lisle coil tester and it looks like they are NOT getting power
  • Have a crank position sensor and VVT solenoids ready to install but stopped after I tested the coils
I'm not sure why the car's ignition system is not sending spark. The motor ran just fine before I pulled it. Stupidly cleared the codes when I pulled the motor and there are no codes present still.

I think my next step is to pay a mobile mechanic to come over and plug in a diagnostic tool and see if they have any idea why it's not sparking off.

Have you guys run into this? Any ideas why the coils might not be getting power? I'm at a loss. Thank you immensely if you read this! Picture for fun. Engine Swap.png
