Howdy Fellow boosters. Has anyone moved the boost reference from the snail to actual manifold pressure? If so what was the effect? Im basically wondering how much the ecu actually controls boost vs what the manifold shows. The boost in the pipe before the inter-cooler is pretty well irrelevant. The pressure inside the manifold is the only number that really matters. I know some wastegates dont last very long having vacuum on them but i could care less about that.
