I was wondering if anyone has any experience with having their their Fiesta wrapped in a different color. I was also wondering if anyone knows a place that will do it in Illinois.

Wrapping is cool but really expensive. Here in Colorado I was quoted $3,000 to do the whole car in Nardo Grey color. The cheaper way is, you can buy the materials online for around $500 and spend a few weekends doing it with a friend.

There's a guy local to me that's been asking to wrap my car. Said he would get me a good price, around $1500. I've been thinking about doing it, but I'd rather get a bigger turbo

I know what you mean there but that is a lot cheaper than repainting the whole car.

Have you thought about plasti dip? I dipped by entire motorcycle for really cheap and its been awesome for a couple years now. I tried wrapping it but gave up because it sucked so bad, dip was way easier and faster. dipyourcar.com has all sorts of color options (even colorshift stuff) and you can dip your car for wayyyyyy less than wrapping. Just something to think about.

Check out their youtube videos for how-tos on basically anything from emblems to entire cars. I dipped my FiST rims right after I got the car and the stuff holds up great. If you want to mess around with it, home depot has cans of black or white for about $6.
