Front BBK for 15" wheels would be like ordering the regular Wilwood BBK listed under the 2011 Fiesta but with 11.75" rotors and for now the only place to get them would be from FastBrakes.com unless Joe is ready to have the mounts made. I got the front setup, with GT rotors, from Joe but was working with FB on the rears as they were the only source I could find the 4 piston with parking brake calipers offered and he helped me with the front mounts as I had not heard back from Joe, how busy he has been......

BUT, we learned there needs to be a change which is not hard to do, moving the caliper in a bit more than expected, I was able to mod things just enough to clear my wheels and the wheels all 15's will need all the room inside, in diameter, near the spokes were most wheels narrow down. I have 15x9 Konig Dial in, not sure the 15x8 would work. The new version of the URL-9 will not be ashore until October, I hope they fit as I would like to eventually run, if not right away, 15x8 street and 15x9 track versions of those wheels, the street setup would barely be over 30lbs per corner.

---------------------

I got the front brakes on and bled, I have to pull the calipers and make a little shim as part of getting them to clear the wheels but that will not take long. Rears are on and bled and ready to run using the steel mounts I made and I got the billet aluminum ones I had made locally yesterday but they need bored and taped and I will really be taking my time on that so I will run the steel ones for now.

--------------------

Turbo time soon, today I start breaking in the engine, it still has just 294 miles on it, was 293 but flipped over to 294 on the lift)

All I need to do right now is align the car, check for leaks, make sure the brakes are fully bled and puts some miles on, well, after I test run it up and down my street and see if I need to do anything before putting the bumper cover on.

I will through a bit sheet of acoustical foam I have in the back of the car to quiet it down, all stripped out, I still have to finish deadening, build the audio, tool, battery compartment and Alumalite floor but none of that will keep the car down so easy to do while not out racking up the miles.

I have the stock intake on for now, I will build my custom one during breaks between driving and before tuning as well. You are going to get a kick out of what it turns out to be, effective, low cost, low weight, very cool looking......I have the parts but might order a different cone filter though I have 3 new ones here.

I posted a picture already of the boost vs rpm ( I adjusted the wastegate and its actually even better now i think ). What type of info you want ? Maybe I can answer :)
Boost plots once you get the WGA figured out and the PID control tuned right. The one you posted makes it look 1,000rpm laggier than the OEM turbo with more drop off. Not exactly the best example. ;)

I drove my car yesterday!

But, forgot in my excitement to go back over my check off sheet and had a fun time zipping down my driveway, steep one, onto the steep road with barely any brakes.....I had a fun time getting the car back in the shop but did drive it up and down my street twice and it feels so amazing, runs perfectly, no codes.....

I have to pull redo the entire alignment including cutting the tack welds and setting up the rear camber and toe, after around 16 hours hours of work and that much in research and planning, it turned that my digital caster/camber gauge was not zeroing correctly, called tech support, 3 weeks or longer wait.....I opened it up, ensured everything was tight, no cold solder joints, then sprayed and slide on and off the board connectors, power as well, using Pro Gold, an incredible contact cleaner. I was able to run the calibration routine a few times and got the unit working properly again, tested on a very very carefully leveled surface of course.

I will spend at least another 8-10 hours just getting back to where I need to be to fine tune the alignment but when a car is dialed in the way I do the results are incredible.

Then I get to drive it, going to put on 700 miles in 2-3 days depending on any issues I might have to attend to, then start tuning!

------------------

I will be building a very clean flowing intake during this time and may go ahead and pull the turbo and port the WG and turbine outlet so all is done.

PM'd on the disk replacement.
