Undercharging Alternator

So battery died and I replaced it... naturally. Turns out my batter voltage is still low and so I got a volt meter to test the battery with accessories on/off and then test neg connector to the alternator. Turns out the alternator is undercharging. Anyone else running into this issue?

2015 Fiesta ST2. 55k on the clock.

What are the numbers? The alternator is on smart charging logic. It only charges as needed.

It was showing below 13.5 with accessories running.

That number is okay. Anything better than 12 volts under load means its charging. In other words your battery is still getting 13 volts back to it even with all your accessories running. You should be okay. Clean your battery terminals and you should be fine.
