Tuner in san diego, possibly in orange county

Good morning,

Does anyone know of a reputable tuner in my area? I'm trying to plan out my upgrade path, this will be part of it. I've read the new laws and the modification verification sheet but I'd like ask to clarify 2 things. Cat back exhaust, intercooler, and carb intake shouldnt be an issue with cops right?

Mountune is in Carson. They have all that stuff. They'll do a custom tune based on what you've got bolted on.
