Cel stage 3

So I'm stage 3 now but I went wth a downpipe and exhaust for a little before the Intercooler so I was still running stage 1 so I habe the cel light. When I upload the it's stage 3 should the cel light turn off immediately or after a bit of driving? I ask bc I'm picking my car up from the garage today and I want to know if the car is throwing a cel light for the dp or something else.... Thanks guys
