All, had a little play to see if a can reduce the gaps

1) rears improved by cutting off some moulded parts and rear looks better
2) the front gaps are dictated by the motor so can not be changed

please see the attached photos

These are awesome. Great job. Look to pick up a set when the time comes for the Fiesta build.

I know it’s not the right forum, but are you planning to make any for the Focus RS/ST platform as well, by any chance?

Instead of cutting down the door insulator, couldn't you just make the door card a little bigger......Then use a heat gun to Bend the door card to form a sordove box with the edges to eliminate the gaps and it look cleaner? Food for thought. [driving]

I will try, but concerned about repeatability of doing this, also I will look into car trims

Ok let me know what you think, this is the first type of trim to test, I have another one to try also

I would definitely have to agree with @WannabeST on this trim. Looks way better than before in my opinion. So what’s the weight difference of these with the new trim vs stock door cards?
Thanks and if someone can measure the originals I can measure the ones I have, roughly about 1kg but I will measure them, it is mainly for getting a track car vibe from the panel and also having enough clearance for a roll cage.

Quote/PM the above user. I paid for doors out of pocket and I think cards are technically ready to buy. I don't own a Fiesta ST anymore.
