Consider yourself lucky. The paint is not peeling off. I am looking at replacement of the front doors because rust is bubbling out of the panel seams where the outer skins wrap over the door frame. This on a car never driven in winter and road salt! So, count your blessings.
Mine had entire hood replaced for that and later one door started to peel and bubble badly and they fixed the door but didn’t replace. I’m glad they didn’t replace cause I had horrible issues with paint match etc on other parts of car. Ford will not pay the extra money to blend body panels etc so make sure when it comes time for repair ask lots of ?s how it’s gonna be done.

These cars are less painted and more like candy-coated. Very typical to see chips; I got my first hood chip within 3 days of ownership. Personally I'm not a big fan of clearbra, so I just roll with it and may get the bumper repainted in a few years. Or replaced, if anyone comes out with a nice kit besides an ill fitting RS-look bumper.

Just want to to show how badly chipped my front bumper is.. Was repainted due to paint falling off in November, and this it how it looks now.

I do not tailgate cars, but i have been on some driveouts and prolly gotten most of the chips from that..

This is just a warning to everyone that consider a repaint or a clearfoil, i can't describe how much i regret not paying for a clearfoil....

Brother that’s nothing compared to how my bumper looks. To me it looks like ford didn’t even prime it or any prep for that matter

OP’s paint was very poorly shot. With paint work it really is you get what you pay for . I have a top notch body shop I work with and the guy who sprays is an expert at it. When he repainted my car he did not attempt to mix my color himself he had it premixed and it looks great and blends great so much you could not tell it had been sprayed.
