Sync3 1.0 to 3.0 update issue non-nav '16

I updated with my USB drive with the official Ford update to 3.0 from 1.0 on my 2016 FiST non-nav. Update went fine, but I still have no option for Android Auto. I've tried re-updating, but now it won't start. Is there anyway to downgrade? And retry the update?
