Hi All,
There is so much info out there but I want to ensure I have opinions from ST180 owners in the UK and London specifically would be useful.
Locations like London and Greater London is filled with road bumps, road humps, and the dreadful pot holes.
I currently have red Eibach lowering springs (will update with more details on the model) and I believe stock shocks which need replacing. The car looks great lowered as it is, however I am open to changing the springs to get a set up that can eat up these London roads so that it does not feel like the car is taking a hard hit all the time and would like passengers to have a smooth ride too. At the moment, I have to slow down significantly and tend to cringe when faced with these roads, though I know most of this is probably due to the shocks needing replacing.
From the research I have done it seems that Bilstein B8 is the way to go with the current Eibach lowered springs, however I have also seen that stock shocks would be fine as the B8's would give a more harsh ride on these roads.
At the moment, I am leaning towards just reverting back to stock springs and struts, or just the stock shocks and keep the springs.
Any advice please?
