Strange sound when cold

Hi Team
Maybe you have experienced this and can guide me where to check, on cold mornings when i hit a slight dip i hear a momentary sound like a tyre rubbing on the fender lining, or the plastic under the bumper scrape on the road. Only happens on cold mornings.
