I rode in the Cp-E car and didn't think it sounded bad at all.

I would honestly give them more thought if they hadn't doctored their videos to make it seem quiet on the inside. Seriously, don't bullshit the consumer to that level. It's insulting our intelligence.
If they had released their video RAW and I were to hear what it really sounds like inside, I might give them some thought. They even drove it slower around the bend when they installed their exhaust while going Full throttle with the stock so they could make theirs seem less harsh.

Really guys? I'm a bit smarter than that you know, I /did/ buy an ST afterall. So I have to have /some/ knowledge.

But back to the topic at hand, forgive my rant. I nearly hijacked the thread there.

For a single tip, the Cobra exhaust looks decent and it sounds pretty nice to me. It's one of the options I'm looking at.

I rode in that car personally. It was quite hot out so the windows were down but you really think they doctored the video to deceive the public?

Yes I do. Look at their video again. Now listen to the drive by on stock, then compare the drive by with the new exhaust on. You can hear that the engine isn't be put into WOT. There is a distinct way that the exhaust will sound under WOT. That and you can see that the car isn't going as fast around the corner. Or at least, it does not appear to be.

When they do the interior shots, listen to the new exhaust. Why is it so much quieter than stock? Also, why can't I hear just the car itself? Like the road noise, or when he shifts? The whole section sounds muffled as well. It is an impossibility for that exhaust to be quieter than stock, and it's an even greater impossibility for it to be so quiet that the car itself sounds muted.

Like I said, that exhaust sounds awesome and it's mean as hell. I actually really like it. It's loud, it's aggressive, it scares the lug nuts off the Honda drivers, and it's pretty cool in general. But the fact that they doctored the video for the interior to the point where they make the loudest Fiesta ST exhaust made so far seem quieter than stock...that broke it for me.

Mostlynotgay: They have different packages as you can see here.

I imagine for the video that they put the full kit on for the best sound, performance, ect.
