Shifter BASE bushings, Not trans bushings

Can I use the trans bushings for the shifter base bushings? I can only find moombas base bushings?

I highly recommend doing the tranny mount as well. I ran the shifter base only for years. Finally got around to doing the tranny mount bushings and the shifts became bolt action firm and smooth. I adore it. But I also have Powerflex inserts on brand new OEM mounts and a very old Cobb RMM.
