Shifted from 3rd to second :/

Well I was trying out a new tune while doing a third gear pull I shifted to second while almost on recline. Rpm went all the way to 8k for a second I felt like I hit a wall.I got the wrench light and car ran like shit, so I turned it off checked for codes and nothing. I turned it on and drives fine. How many miles of engine life did I just killed on my fist?

Check your axle! Same thing happen to me and it ruined my axle boot.

Dealer replaced it under warranty, now my right side axle is clunking. Bringing it back to dealer on Monday

Will check first thing in the am. I just hope I didn't bend anything car seems fine and running strong.
