A few nights ago, my low tire pressure light came on. I decided to avoid the highway just as a precaution. The back end felt squishy so took the back roads and kept my speed around 30 mph. When I got home I hooked up my electric pump and the meter read 0 PSI. I started to fill it but it started leaking @ 14 PSI. Turns out the previous plug to fix a hole had given way. I had driven it about ten miles with no damage to the wheel. I lucked out to say the least.
Discount Tire replaced the tire as I had the hazard insurance, so all is good now.
