These are used but in good working condition mud-flaps. All hardware is there and functional. There may be one small plastic insert that needs some straightening out.

These are really well made mud-flaps (the yellow matches the yellow on the CA black and yellow license plates almost perfectly).

I emailed them lamenting that they didn’t have yellow logo, it turns out they just don’t advertise it.

Yellow flaps, however, may be a different story.
