Rear rotors hot

It’s not normal for the rear rotors to be hot after a long drive on the highway, is it?

I can smell them hot. Burn my fingers hot.

check your guide pins on the caliper, most likely they need to be greased and are sticking

I use a infrared gun if I think my calipers are dragging. Typically they stay under 200 degrees if they are not really being used. Jack up the car when you get a chance and see how freely the tires rotate. If you can smell them I would say you have a issue.
