Question regarding location of SRS (airbag) module and center console disassembly

Hello,

I'm rebuilding a Fiesta ST. Has anyone in their interior modifications ran into the SRS module/Airbag module? A lot of people say it is under the center console. If so, does anyone have some good tips in removing the pieces necessary to retrieve it? Thanks in advance!

http://www.boombaracing.com/ford-fiesta-st-short-throw-shifter/ for instructions to remove the center console. It'll take you 10 minutes to pull the center console out and the module is right in middle, mounted to the floor.
