Likely will come with studs :)
The stock bolts don't like the size difference, lol.

I know that you cannot supply them but I see studs with 12 point flange nuts here.

Those are the stock bolts Dave :)
See how they are angled ? They won't start threading into the turbo at that angle..
So new studs that are the perfect length and new nuts is an easy fix :)

Broke the nipple on the plastic stock inlet today :( What's the low down on these fine pieces? Saw there were only five available so I'm assuming they're all sold up already?

All the 1st round $120 inlets were paid and sold already. From now on, they are $150.

So, you are supplying the studs with this? Also, what are you using for the gasket and nipple that come off of this tube?

The nipples are brass and held in with red lock-tight. They are not going anywhere :)

The gasket is just a simple silicone that can be had at any parts store (gasket maker). It requires an EXTREMELY small amount. Both surfaces are flat, but not .00001 machined flat, so the silicone is just there to make up that .00001 difference in the mating surfaces.

The studs to the compressor inlet are supplied :)

This is the cold side of the turbo so they don't need to be SS.
The OE bolts are not.
If heat was a real issue, the plastic OE tube would melt.

it looks so good bolted up!!

wow so it very well could be a common problem with these cars. The issue I saw while under the car studying it last night is that the stock unit is plastic...but more importantly the vacuum line that comes off of the boost solenoid has to make a tight, close to a full 180 degree turn to meet up with the vacuum fitting that comes off the turbo elbow. This seems to be causing stress to the small fitting resulting in it breaking off. our Fist has less then 6k on it, so everyone check your nips! even if it is broken your car wont throw a cel, idle strange, or any other common issues that stem from a vacuum leak so be sure to look!

Cant wait to get the new elbow, youve been an awesome seller to deal with Bryan. thanks for the help, hopefully she'll be back to normal wednesday!

Aaron
