I haven't seen other cars with these yet. There was a program to get the old yellow, black, as well as blue plates available for special order, but only the black ones met the requisite number of preorders. I ordered these up 3 weeks ago and they just came in! I'm glad California finally got something cool in terms of license plates. I think we generally have the lamest selection in the Union.
