Plugging up holes after rear seat delete, water accumulation under seats

Just removed my rear seats in preparation for a custom rear seat delete and noticed that the bolt holes, as well as these two holes lead straight outside. For the bolt holes I'll just put em back in, but what can I do for the clip holes? Anyone know of a rubber grommet that'll fit or did you end up putting the clips back in? I may just go ahead and put Eternabond tape over them as that'll last permanently. Also noticed both sides near the edge of the seats seem to have water accumulation. Where could this water possibly have come from? Thanks for everyone's help 1000029007.jpg 1000029006.jpg 1000029004.jpg 1000029005.jpg

Dog or cat?

Best practice would be to access from the outside. But that may not be practical. But for someone who's going through the trouble of converting it to a race car, practicality may not be high on the priority list.

Clean the surfaces with rubbing alcohol. Cover the hole with at least a few layers of metal tape. Then cover the tape with silicon gasket maker.
