Have no idea what they are really called, some have philips heads, some have button heads, two piece plastic fasteners that fit into holes and match up various plastic shrouds around wheel wells and front fascia and hold things together, look half-ass but work reasonably well.

I tried to order a selection from Ford, they say I need a specific location and part #. What? I have taken things apart so many times I am wearing out the ones I still have, plus have either lost some or they fell out. Probably have some in the wrong places by now.

Seems like they generally fit about a 3/8" hole and are generally about 3/4" long. I would gladly buy couple dozen assortment if I knew what they are called. Google search skills have failed me. Anyone have a suggestion?

Thanks

Thanks CG, I just could not think of a search term that would get me to something useful. I would guess I am not the only guy who needs an assortment of these things. So hopefully you have helped a bunch of us.

When my Ford parts guy told me I had to order them individually by exact location I about lost it.

This definitely helped...I was wondering earlier where I could get some of these things. Just purchased a set!

I was able to find these at lowes. They've got a surprising decent selection of automotive fasteners lol.

It would be cool if someone came out with (if there isn't already) some sort of metal/aluminium/stainless replacement.
