At the rear of the front fender liner, (passenger side (US)) is a smaller plastic piece. The "christmas tree" rivet/plug holds this on thru a hole about 3/8" diameter. The plug rivet also holds the fender liner. This little piece also serves as a cap for the frame rail/tubing. Mine turned up missing .. I think it's part#
