Orange County, So. Cal area fun drives?

Any recommendations on any fun areas/drives I can take my FiST on?

Preferably near Orange County.

The best one IMO is the 74 going from San Juan Capistrano to Lake Elsinore. Go early in the morning to avoid getting caught behind slow commuters as much of it is one lane.

I drove up into Silverado the last time I was working out there (Santa Ana). Also saw a news story about a crash on the same road - I don't think I went faster than 40, and the driver went into the trees at 60. Just sitting at a light in Newport Beach is cool!

Pch is always fun but slow. Newport coast drive is fun sometimes fancy cars will come out and play although the road is short. Good warmup for Ortega hwy. Which I recommend a radar detector for if you plan on having fun. Lots of motorcycles fly through there and oc cops don't have much to do down there.
