Oil filter sand which plate for SE

So I'm trying to monitor my oil PSI and oil temp to make sure I'm in a safe zone for both of these.
If I'm not mistaken the oil filter for ST and SE is the same.
I don't want to buy a whole oil cooler setup because I don't think I'll need one.
Does anyone know of a sand which plate for the oil filter that would fit without having to buy a whole oil cooler kit?
