OEM Clutch & Flywheel (Parts Needed?)

Thanks for posting this.

I knew that they used an AP pressure plate/cover, but did not realize that LUK supplied the friction disc.

So the clutch has LUK and AP stamped on there. Does one company own the other?

You could do it with a socket or basic seal driver. I got it used for $20.

No race there. Just be careful to not gouge the housing when removing the seal.

I couldn't get new bolts in time so I reused the 64k ones

@HardBoiledEgg have you or @purityracer316 had any issues? I also can't get the bolts in time and debating what to do here

also, did you do the 90 degree turn?

Okay so I dropped it without taking the sub frame out. I did remove the cowl, as I used an engine support bar to help me. I had to disconnect my downpipe from my 3” CPE Nexus exhaust to get to that “hidden” transmission mount bolt. It came out very easy for me 😜

I see you have output shaft seals in the pic. Should this be done as well? I ordered a transmission from puma speed so wondering if I should replace the seals or if it’s fine.

I did because I think the driver side had a seap. It's been awhile back.

Wow seems like the flywheel bolts aren’t tight much. I thought most were around 80ft-lbs.

Oh the alignment tool. Sorry I didn't really read the post. I used a punch the same size as the clutch disc and the pilot.
