Noise When Turning Left (Mostly) - Thoughts?

2015 ST with 10,xxx miles. Cruising home on a local road nearby and I suddenly start to hear a loud clicking noise from the front right and the noise is definitely wheel rotation dependent. Slow down and get the car home and then do some isolation diagnosis with the following observations

1) seems to be coming from right side front
2) clicking sound wheel rotation dependent
3) Can hear it, but not super loud, when going straight
4) Much louder when turning left
5) Can also reproduce the loudness when turning right if I put on the brakes
6) No noise when turning the wheel in either direction, with car running in gear on jack stands...seems to be load dependent

Have a few mods on the car...intercooler, intercooler pipes, wilwood brake kit, and mountune trans mount so a little worried about warranty denial if I take it to the dealership with parts on.

Anyone have relatively the same experience? I have driven the car hard a few times but really not expecting much to break at 10,000 miles. CV joints? Diff? Bearings?

Thanks for the response. I believe I found the issue... one of the bolts on the 2 piece rotor of the wilwood kit had worked its way out far enough to start to rub. I am guessing I missed to the loctite on that one. Haven't had time to get it buttoned back up to take it out for a ride but figuring that is the issue.
