Need pinout for ECT (engine coolant temp) sensor to ECU

Help, please. Only issue to sort out and have my long time parked ST fully operational. Getting the P0118 ECT high voltage code, replaced ECT as a simple job, no change. I need to look into a wiring issue now but mainly the right pin on the plug for the ECM as it was unplugged for a long time, might just need cleaned up a bit or hopefully not bent or bent and easy to fix.
