Mountune panel filter oiled or dry?

Hey all

I have contacted Mountune with this question twice and did not receive a response so I figured I would ask here. Can anyone confirm that the new Mountune panel filters are a dry flow type? I have heard mention of this but have been unable to confirm.

They are an oil based filter, theirs are made by Green Filters
