ETA: Did the change to 300 this morning. Smooooooth. 3-4 and 5-6 feel especially smooth. Someone (Jeff?) posted the pro tip: when draining the old oil don't undo the fill plug all the way. I cracked it loose, started draining, then loosened it to the point where it would almost come out and got a nice, smooth flow out the drain. No oil on the suspension bits and not a drop spilled.

Just swapped in some 300 and took it for a quick spin. All I can say is holy crap, so much better. Smooth shifts and my transmission is now silent. Like eerily quiet. 100% recommend the 300.
